Edgehill Churches The Church of England

Radway

Radway is situated at the foot of the Edgehill escarpment and lies within the area of the first battle of the Civil War in 1642. As such it attracts members of the Sealed Knot Society and many other visitors.

The church was built in 1867, replacing a small medieval church, and is a Grade 2 listed building dedicated to St Peter. It retains a monument to Sir Henry Kingsmill, one of the casualties of the battle of Edgehill.

There is also a Methodist Chapel.
